Delivery Information

At Edith & Hazel, our goal is to provide you with reliable and efficient delivery across the UK. We keep you updated by email at each stage of your order, from processing to dispatch and delivery.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after being placed. During this time, your order is confirmed, quality checked, and packed for shipment.

Please note: Orders placed on Friday evenings, weekends, or public holidays may take slightly longer to process.


Delivery Time

We ship exclusively with Royal Mail. Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days after dispatch.

Once your order has been handed over to Royal Mail, delivery times are outside of our control. In rare cases, such as busy periods (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday, postal strikes, or unexpected disruptions), delivery may take longer. Edith & Hazel cannot be held responsible for delays once the package is with the courier.

If your package has not arrived within 14 days of dispatch, please contact us at support@edithandhazel.com or via our contact form, and we will assist you.
