  • All offers are subject to change and non-binding.

  • Prices are in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.

  • Shipping costs, if any, will be shown at checkout.

  • No import duties or customs charges apply (UK sales only).

  • Product descriptions and images aim to be accurate, but slight variations may occur.

ARTICLE 5 – THE AGREEMENT

The agreement is concluded when a consumer accepts the offer and fulfils the stated conditions.

Edith & Hazel reserves the right to refuse orders if there are reasonable grounds, such as payment issues or product unavailability.

ARTICLE 6 – 30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

  • Consumers may return products within 30 days of receiving them, for any reason.

  • This guarantee extends the statutory 14-day cooling-off period required by UK law.

  • Items should be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging where possible.

How to return:

  • Notify us by email within 30 days of receiving the goods.

  • Return the items within 14 days of notifying us.

  • Proof of postage may be required.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the goods.

  • Refunds include the original delivery costs (if applicable).

ARTICLE 7 – COSTS IN CASE OF RETURN

  • The consumer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

  • Refunds cover the product price and original delivery costs, but not return postage.

ARTICLE 8 – EXCLUSIONS FROM RETURNS

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Personalised or custom-made products.

  • Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (if packaging or seals have been broken).

  • Digital products once downloaded or accessed.

ARTICLE 9 – PRICE

  • All prices are in GBP (£).

  • Prices may change at any time due to VAT changes or other business needs.

  • If an error occurs in pricing, Edith & Hazel is not obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.

  • Warranty periods follow the manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated.

  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised repair.
